Knitting in the round is one of the best techniques created! To make it even better, we have so many choices of HOW to knit in the round!
Many people learn one way when they first knit in the round, and will often stick with that technique. Whether you love to work on double pointed needles (DPNs) or if you are a magic loop queen, join me at Yarnability on Sunday September 25 or November 6 at 1pm-3pm for a review of how to knit in the round.
Demonstrations for working in the round provided:
- circular needles
- double pointed needles
- 2 circulars at a time
- magic loop
Class demonstrations will show casting on in the round and working in the round. Class will NOT be teaching how to complete new cast ons.
Bring to class:
- circular needles with 16″, 24″, 32″, and 40″ cords
- Stitch Markers: both closed and locking
- If you have a set of FlexiFlips, bring those too! (low stock available in store, can order sizes requested!)
- Bring yarn that pairs with your needle sizes for practice. (Example, size 7 or 8 needles, bring worsted weight yarn)
