How to Knit Kits!LEARN TO KNIT
Using Leslie Bestor’s book How to Knit as a reference guide, new students will gain a solid understanding of how yarn is created with a variety of fibers. You will learn how to read yarn labels and choose the right tools for knitting.

Knitting students learn to cast on, create the knit stitch, the purl stitch, and how to bind off. During this time, knitting students will also learn how to combine knit and purl stitches to create patterned stitches (i.e. garter stitch, stockinette stitch, and seed stitch).
